Amy Monea brings a calm, relational approach to therapy shaped by both professional training and personal experience.
As a Registered Social Worker, she often describes her biggest teachers as her children and the horses she works alongside. Her practice is centred around the connection between humans and horses through equine co-facilitated therapy.
Amy holds a Master of Social Work degree and is trained in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy. In addition to her clinical work, she is a mental health advocate and has been featured through speaking engagements and her “Mental Health Minute” segment with Frontline Farming on RFD-TV Canada.
