Living on a farm, he understands firsthand the realities and pressures that come with agricultural life — from factors outside your control like weather and policy changes, to the day-to-day responsibilities that impact both work and family.
His work is focused on helping individuals find clarity, build resilience, and move forward in a way that feels practical and sustainable.

Garry draws from approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, internal family systems, subconscious imprinting, and equine-assisted therapy.
Garry lives and works in a rural farming community and has a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced in agriculture.
He recognizes that factors such as weather, economic shifts, and policy changes can have a direct impact on both livelihood and well-being. He also values the strong sense of community that exists in rural areas, where neighbours support one another through both good times and difficult seasons.
