Mario Fafard brings a direct, experience-based approach to therapy shaped by both his work and life across rural and working communities.
He was raised on a farm and has worked in construction, the oilfield, education, and internationally — giving him a broad understanding of the realities many men face in both rural and industrial environments.
Since becoming a therapist, Mario has focused his work on supporting men, with a particular understanding of the pressures, expectations, and challenges that often go unspoken.

He places a strong emphasis on personal responsibility, perspective, and building the internal tools needed to navigate challenges over time.
Mario was raised in a farming environment and has worked in agriculture-related industries throughout his life.
He understands that the challenges faced in rural communities are not only practical or economic — they are deeply connected to identity, land, and way of life.
Through both personal experience and professional work, he recognizes the isolation, pressure, and complexity that can come with farming and rural living.
