Young Agrarians Apprenticeship Program - Application Extended to Feb 16

Calling all aspiring farmers! Applications are open for the 2025 Apprenticeship Program.

Young Agrarians apprenticeships are paid opportunities on host farms across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. For 4-12 months, apprentices work alongside seasoned farmers offering specialized learning opportunities in ecological, organic and regenerative agriculture. 

Although activities vary from farm to farm, apprentices can learn about: 

  • Soil Health

  • Farm equipment use

  • Livestock management

  • Plant production

  • Farm direct marketing
